A SPOT OF BOTHER.....

Isn't it lovely when children play nicely together...... Toddlers Spencer and Teddy (both named after two of my naughty French Bulldogs) are enjoying the company of their baby sister Pixie and little Quinn.....
Or are they......

Don't they look sweet?

  1. Uh-oh, looks like baby fell in ( with only the teensiest bit of assistance). I'm sure the others will mention this fact to Mum - eventually!

  3. Question is Steve...did he fall or was he pushed :)

  4. Haha, I suppose it all depends on how one looks at it. One person's push is another's 'pat of encouragement' ;-)

  6. So very nearly MISSED this post on the day that it was published....(I thought that I was going to be alerted to any new posts with an email?)

As you all know I LOVE TWINS and Toddler twins, Spencer and Teddy are no exception. Pixie is really sweet... and is that Denise's ex-baby Quinn?

I'm thinking that this post is specifically aimed at Denise with what I'm guessing is an Emma Bridgewater pottery jug. (I must remember to ask my brothers if any of the colours used here are from OUR Family Colour Glaze Firm which is situated nearby in the Potteries too.)

Great Denim clothing theme continuing running through your Sasha Dolls. Cleverly thought out detail.

    1. Hello K! Sorry - I have a memory like a sieve :) Yes, that is indeed Dee's baby Quinn, and I am a big Emma Bridgewater Fan same as Dee ( I have loads of the stuff)...I didn't know your family was in the Potteries...how fab is that?!

    2. Yes, my Grandfather and late father started their own factory manufacturing colours and glazes that they started up straight after the war making and using their own well guarded family recipes that has supplied (and still supplies) many of the local pottery firms (Wedgewood, Royal Doulton, Minton, Gladstone, Moorcroft, Clarice Cliff and Twyfords and Doulton's sanitary ware etc.) plus further afield throughout the UK and also overseas.
(When I first left school I also worked there as a sales rep before getting married and moving down to live on the south coast.)
My brothers inherited the factory which is still manufacturing (whilst my sister and I were left the family home.)
I didn't know that YOU were a fan of Emma Bridgewater as well as Denise. I live and learn!

    3. 'My apologies for e rather muddled first sentence which should have read...Yes, my late Grandfather and father started their own factory manufacturing colours and glazes straight after they returned from war making and using their own.....'
As you can see I'm still NOT bothering to proof read my comments before pressing the publish key!

    4. Wow! I didn't realise you had any connections to the pottery side of things, I live and learn! How wonderful I am so impressed! I am a great Bridgewater fan, I use it every day and also have lots of pieces, some on display and others boxed up in the garage as I have so much!!

  7. They do look soooo sweet but it doesn't fool us! It looks like poor little Quinn was pushed!!! Or at least had help!!! Little Pixie must be reaching for Mom after seeing what happens to the wee ones when that pair of toddlers are out and about. Poor dear ones! 😬 xxx

  9. Helloooo, Other Kids!

I see that you, Teddy and Spencer, are developing along the lines of your brother who left home some years ago, the notorious Lucas, my long-lost twin. You have developed an early ability to look innocently up at the sky and walk away from siblings in distress as though it is nothing to do with you! Well done!!!!

No matter though, Quinn and Pixie. You will soon be as old as they are now and able to hold your own. If you need Lucas' email address so you can take lessons from him, I can let you have it. I learnt SO much from him whilst staying at the Sasha Village. I used to be a push-over but now I just PRETEND to be one when Mam is about and I get away with ALL KINDS of stuff. We have your Mummy's training of Lucas to thank for that.

    THANK YOU, Auntie Ronnie!
